hoist gantry crane electric stacker motor maintenance measures as follows:
(A) inspection and maintenance carried out under the motor should be off.
(2) every three months with 250 volt megger motor cold insulation resistance, the resistance should be greater than 0.5MΩ,steel crane such as the resistance is less than 0.5 MΩ, should be dried.
(3) Check the motor cable outlet is correctly and firmly.
(4) Check the commutator room is clean, the brush should slide freely in the brush box.
(5) Check all fasteners are tightened.
(6) the wear of the brushes every three months for a checkup,sino hoist discretionary replacement brushes.
(7) once a year-round maintenance of the motor.
