Electric hoist gantry crane operation test examination and preparation work

     Electric  hoist gantry crane  operation test examination and preparation work:

        1, close all current, according to the paper size and technical requirements check all connections are securely fixed to pieces, each actuator assembly is accurate and flexible, metal structure without deformation, wire rope electric hoist winding on the situation.

        2, check the installation of the  steel crane  erection requirements to install, set up the relevant provisions.

        3, the electrical equipment must be carried out after the completion of the following tasks test.
(1) Check the circuit with Megaohmmeter system and all electrical equipment insulation resistance.

(2) Disconnect the power circuit in the case of testing the accuracy of control lines, and all the rotating parts operating apparatus is flexible and reliable (if necessary lubrication).

(3) Electrical equipment should be working properly, which must pay special attention to the electromagnet,sino hoist limit switches, safety switches and emergency switches operational reliability.
